Too Good to be True Pricing
“There is hardly anything in the world that someone cannot make a little worse and sell a little cheaper—and the people who consider price alone are this man's lawful prey.”
John Ruskin (1819–1900)
Beware of the lowest price! Not all “computer techs” are the same. Approximately 85% of our customers come to us after having a really bad experience with the “low price guy.”
Unlike other countries, there is ZERO regulation in the computer installation and repair industry in Canada. There are literally tens of thousands of uncertified and unqualified “computer techs” across Canada preying on unsuspecting consumers every day.
Auto mechanics, plumbers and even hairstylists are required by law to be licensed and certified in Canada. Not so with our industry! If you receive a bad haircut, your hair will grow back. Not so with your data! Once your data’s gone, it’s gone forever.
All Tech2rescue technicians have over ten years’ experience and carry a Microsoft Systems Engineer or equivalent certification. Our technicians can do in fifteen minutes what it takes other technicians three hours to do. Call today and experience for yourself Tech2rescue’s award winning service!

The Two Types of Computer Problems
There are two types of computer problems: hardware and software. Hardware based problems are resolved by replacing the malfunctioning component. Software based problems are resolved with a format or a tuneup.
With a format, your data is backed up, your hard drive is wiped clean and Windows is reinstalled, essentially restoring your computer to factory condition. With a tuneup, your computer is cleaned of viruses and malware (adware, spyware, ransomware, etc), damaged system files are repaired and key software programs are updated. It is important to note that tuneups are not always successful.
If a computer is experiencing serious boot up, shut down or freezing problems, formats are recommended.
